WIZER TECHNOLOGIES – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Wizer Technologies

Our mission at Wizer is to enhance decision-making by connecting teams, organisations, enterprises, communities and individuals with the right mix of people - taking into account (look at data like expertise and diversity, for every decision. Our platform facilitates this through advanced data and AI that recommends optimal participation, skills and interests - improving both individual and organisational decision-making processes.

1. Platform Use and Services

Wizer Technologies operates the Wizer platform and these Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of all Wizer Technologies services, including the Decision Hub, the app, Wizer challenges, Decision Insights and individual decision profiles (the ‘Services’); as well as any associated services offered through our platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using our services, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions and, if registering on the part of a corporate entity, that you have the authority to confirm on behalf of your organisation. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

3. Account Management

Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information. Each user is responsible for their account, including safeguarding their password.

Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership and Rights: Users own the intellectual property rights to their content but grant Wizer a global licence to use, store, and display the content in relation to provided services.

Prohibitions: You may not post or transmit any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or which, in the opinion of Wizer, is likely to cause distress or anxiety to someone.

5. Data Use and Privacy

Data Collection and Use: We collect and use your data to provide and improve our services. Detailed information on our data practices is available in our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality and Security: We implement security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. It remains your responsibility to keep your data secure.

6. Content and Conduct

User Content: You are responsible for the content you provide, and you should only supply content that you are comfortable sharing under these Terms.

Acceptable Use: We prohibit the use of our services for unlawful, misleading, or malicious activities.

7. Third Party Opinions

Wizer may offer opinions from other parties about matters you raise. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of opinions made available by other parties. Users are encouraged to use Wizer as a tool for assisting with decision making. Any recommendations from Wizer are undertaken at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wizer Technologies, our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

9. Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using our Service, you indemnify and hold harmless Wizer and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Services, Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

12. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that breach our policies.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by updating the date at the top of the Terms and, if significant, we will provide additional notice.
