DECISION INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM
See how your decisions are really being shaped
"If you have diversity of thinking and an inclusive leader, you reduce the error rate inherent in decision-making by 30%. You also see a 20% increase in innovation."
Dr Juliet Bourke — Which Two Heads Are Better Than One?
Wizer maps the thinking styles, experience, and blind spots across your organisation — showing who's in the room, what's missing, and how to build stronger decision groups before it matters.

WHAT ARE DECISION PROFILES?
The thinking patterns you bring to every decision
Decision Profiles describe how people naturally approach decisions — the patterns of thinking individuals rely on when evaluating information, considering options, managing risk, and moving a group toward an outcome.
Research in decision science shows that strong decisions rarely come from a single viewpoint. Good decisions emerge when groups draw on a mix of thinking approaches. Dr Juliet Bourke's research on cognitive diversity identifies six lenses people commonly use when deciding: Outcomes, Options, People, Process, Evidence, and Risk. Most individuals prioritise one or two of these, which means decision groups can easily become skewed.
Decision Profiles make those patterns visible. At Wizer, individuals are mapped across seven decision archetypes — reflecting the distinct contributions people bring to decisions, from analysing evidence and identifying risk to exploring possibilities, driving outcomes, and ensuring execution.
When organisations understand these patterns, they can design stronger decision groups: seeing which perspectives dominate, where important viewpoints are missing, and how to build more balanced panels before critical choices are made.

How do people approach decisions?
Your profile reveals the instincts you trust — what you reach for when the stakes are high and information is incomplete.
Who is currently shaping them?
2
At team and organisational level, mapping reveals whose decision style is driving outcomes — and whose is being overridden.
Which perspectives are missing?
3
Surface the people in your organisation who think differently and are well-suited to certain decisions — but who were never asked.
DECISION PROFILES Vs PERSONALITY TESTS
A different kind of assessment
Personality tests describe who people are. Decision Profiles describe how they decide — the thinking they bring to problems, the evidence they trust, how they engage with risk and uncertainty.
The distinction matters because a team of complementary personalities can still share a narrow set of decision instincts. Two people may be very different as individuals but reach for the same kind of analysis under pressure. Decision Profiles make that structural pattern visible — and that's what changes how groups are built.
They are also context-sensitive. The way someone decides in a low-stakes familiar setting differs from how they decide under pressure with incomplete information. Wizer's dynamic model accounts for this — producing insight that is practically useful rather than academically tidy.

WIZE SNAPS
Need communication guidance right now?
Sometimes a decision or conversation can't wait for a full profile. Wize Snaps gives you instant decision-style insights and tailored communication guidance in under a minute — before a meeting, a negotiation, or a difficult conversation.
HOW WIZE SNAPS WORK
1.
Describe the person or situation
No lengthy assessment required — just what you already know about how they tend to think and decide.
2.
Get an instant profile read
Wize Snaps identifies the likely decision style and what will land — and what won't — in how you communicate.
3.
Adapt how you communicate
Tailored guidance helps your message land the first time, with less friction and more traction
NEXT STEP
Your individual profile is the start — not the destination
Every person completes a short Decision Profile assessment. Wizer then maps the full mix of seven Decision Power Profiles across your team or organisation — building what we call your decision DNA.
Unlike personality tests, which focus on character traits, Decision Profile Mapping focuses on decision behaviour: how people frame problems, what evidence they weight, how they engage with risk, and what they do with competing information.
Once mapped, you can see the patterns clearly — not just for individual teams, but across the whole organisation simultaneously.

This example shows a common pattern: execution-focused profiles dominate senior levels, while challenge and risk profiles are absent — leaving strategic decisions with no internal check.
