Wizer Snaps for LinkedIn – Privacy Notice

Wizer Snaps for LinkedIn is a browser extension that helps you tailor your outreach based on decision-making styles.

What we access

When you use the extension, we only access:

• Text visible on the active LinkedIn profile page (for example: name, headline, about, experience, recommendations).

• The draft message you type or paste into the Wizer Snaps panel.

We do not access your LinkedIn password, messages, or any other pages or tabs.

How we use this information

We use this information to:

• Predict a Wizer Decision Power Profile for the person whose LinkedIn profile you are viewing.

• Generate feedback and a suggested rewrite of your draft outreach so it better matches that decision style.

How processing works

• The extension sends the selected LinkedIn profile text and your draft message securely (over HTTPS) to Wizer’s servers.

• Wizer uses third-party AI services (such as OpenAI) to generate the profile prediction, feedback and rewrite.

• Data is processed only for the purpose of providing these features and improving the quality and reliability of our decision-profile predictions and messaging guidance.

Data sharing, retention & security

• We do not sell your data.

• We do not use the extension data for advertising or profiling outside of Wizer’s products.

• We may share data with our subprocessors (such as cloud hosting and AI providers) solely to provide the service.

• Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for these purposes and to improve the product, in line with our main Privacy Policy.

What we don’t do

• We do not post to LinkedIn on your behalf.

• We do not read or send your private messages.

• We do not access your LinkedIn credentials.
