Wizer is grounded in two research streams: Wise Crowd research on how diverse, independent perspectives improve group decision outcomes, and Dr Juliet Bourke's work on cognitive diversity — which shows exactly how varied thinking styles change decision quality at organisational level.
Dr Juliet Bourke is a former partner at Deloitte, an adjunct professor at UNSW Business School, and one of Australia's leading researchers on inclusive decision-making. Her research is the foundation on which Wizer's Decision Profile methodology is built.
