ABOUT US
Wizer is a decision science platform
Wizer Technologies is an Australian-founded, globally focused decision science company. The Wizer platform brings the science of decision-making into the room — showing how decisions are shaped, who is involved, and what is missing before the call is made.
Wizer is built on three components. Decision Profiles map how individuals make decisions across seven evidence-based archetypes — Visionary, Guardian, Explorer, Deliverer, Analyzer, Collaborator, and Achiever. Panel Strength reveals how decision groups are composed across thinking, experience, and perspective. A live recommendation engine then provides evidence-based guidance on what is missing and how to strengthen the group. Communication Intelligence and Wize Snaps adapt messages to decision style so discussions move forward with less friction.
Individual Decision Profiles are always free. Over 7,000 profiles have been completed across healthcare, education, government, financial services, and not-for-profit sectors.

Our Mission at
Wizer Technologies
Better decisions, made by the right mix of minds. Wizer does not make decisions for organisations — it makes sure the right people are in the room, that thinking is properly represented, and that blind spots are visible before they shape the outcome.
THE SCIENCE BEHIND WIZER
Reveals the cognitive structure behind your decisions
Wizer is grounded in two research streams. The first is Wise Crowds research on how diverse, independent perspectives improve group decision outcomes.
The second is Dr Juliet Bourke's research on cognitive diversity, which shows that teams with diverse thinking styles and inclusive leaders make 30% fewer decision errors and produce 20% more innovation. Dr Bourke is a former partner at Deloitte, an adjunct professor at UNSW Business School, and one of Australia's leading researchers on inclusive decision-making.

Integrity Always
We hold ourselves to high standards—of honesty, transparency, and respect. Our technology and relationships are built on trust.
Serious About Fun
We believe great work comes from environments where people feel energised, curious, and supported. We take the work seriously—but not ourselves.
People Over Process
Wizer is, at its core, a people company. We’re driven by the relationships we build—with each other, and with those we serve.
Celebrate Knowledge & Diversity
We honour the lived experience, expertise, and thinking styles that make each person unique. The best ideas come from the right mix of perspectives—and we’re here to make sure those voices are heard.
