How to Create Great Questions

We’ve seen it again and again:

Teams start with good intentions, smart people… and a vague question.

The result? Confusion, noise, no clear action.

Wizer is built for decision-making, not surveys — and every great decision starts with a well-framed question.

This page will show you how.

Tips: What Makes a Good Decision Question?

A strong decision question is:

  • Time-bound — tied to a specific moment or goal

  • Focused — not too broad or abstract

  • Comparable — with clear, meaningful options (max four)

  • Directed — asked to the right people with lived experience or ownership

How Wizer Helps

Once you’ve framed your question, Wizer does two critical things:

  1. Identifies the talent in the room. Matches it to the decision.

  2. Shows you who’s missing — and recommends who to add

That means your decision doesn’t just sound inclusive — it is.
