KYLEE INGRAM

CEO Co Founder
Wizer Technologies

I build things that change how people think together. Right now, that means Wizer: a decision intelligence platform that helps organizations get the right mix of minds in the room for every decision.

Before Wizer, I spent fifteen years in media and technology, producing content seen in over 100 countries, building interactive experiences recognized at Cannes and SXSW, and creating one of Australia's highest-rated factual television series. Somewhere in that work I realized the most important thing I'd learned wasn't about stories. It was about decisions.

THE STORY

From world stages to decision rooms

My career started in sports television, filming the World Surf Tour and the FIFA World Cup. It was fast, global, and looked like a dream from the outside. But I reached a point where I wanted the work to carry more weight than Saturday morning wallpaper.

I went back to university, earned a Master of Sustainable Development, and founded Australian Documentaries. Over the next decade, we built a production house that created Family Confidential for ABC Television, produced work for Australia's leading charities and NGOs, and pioneered CrowdTV, a crowd-sourced documentary format recognized by Channel 4 in the UK.

When Screen Australia began supporting interactive media, I stepped into that space out of curiosity and never came back. We built digital experiences nominated at Cannes Content 360, selected at SXSW, and recognized at Sports Technology Awards and VC conferences in San Francisco. I created Habitat the Game with BBC Worldwide, which became the world's most popular kids' environmental app.

Every pivot taught me the same lesson: the best outcomes happen when the right mix of people are involved in the decision. Not the loudest. Not the most senior. The right mix. That's what Wizer is built to design.

"If you have diversity of thinking and an inclusive leader, you reduce the error rate inherent in decision-making by 30%."

SPEAKING

Topics I speak on

Decision Intelligence for Leaders

Why smart teams still make bad decisions. How cognitive diversity changes outcomes. What it looks like to design decision-making as a system, not a skill.

Building a Category from Scratch

The reality of defining decision intelligence as a market. Bootstrapping from Australia. Pivoting from media into tech without losing the creative instinct.

Structural Bias and Who Gets in the Room

How blind spots compound over time. Why 75% of Western CEOs cluster into two decision styles. What organizations can do about it before outcomes suffer.

From Storytelling to Systems

How a career in documentary and interactive media became a decision science company. What creative industries teach you about building technology.

Designing for the Human Side of AI

The question of what kind of future we're building, and how technology can serve human decision-making rather than replace it.
